What photography services do you offer?
As I've explored the realm of photography, I have dabbled in a little bit of everything and while I continue to grow, I seldom limit the services that I offer. I primarily specialize in boudoir/self love, couples, weddings, families, and branding sessions because I have a passion for creativity and capturing love in all forms. Whether that be self love, familial love, or long lasting connections.
If there's a specific session you're wanting to book with me that isn't listed, just ask! I'm open to anything.
Where are you located?
I'm located in Fort Dodge, IA! I also offer travel for all sessions, but fees apply :)
Do you offer discounts?
Deals and discounts do come to Curly Kay from time to time. My biggest sale of the year is Black Friday. I also offer fall/holiday minis towards the end of the year and themed boudoir minis for most major holidays. I tend to throw out flash deals or model calls randomly throughout the year. Model calls are EXTREMELY discounted and aren't usually the same each time. I will typically offer these when I need content for a project or would like to build my portfolio.

What is your turnaround time on final images?
My turnaround truly depends on how many sessions I am currently shooting, if it is my busy season, and the holidays. Typically for a standard session it takes 7-10 days to edit and send out galleries and 4-8 weeks for weddings. I try to get them back to you as soon as possible while making sure I give my time to each and every image. If turnaround times are longer than usual around the time of your session/wedding I will notify you!
Do you offer payment plans?
A 50% nonrefundable retainer and signed contract are required within 24 hours of booking for ALL packages I offer. I typically require the remaining balance to be paid 24 hours prior for all sessions and 2 weeks prior for weddings, however, I am human and understand that things happen! If a payment plan is needed to pay off your remaining balance please chat with me :)
What if we need to reschedule/weather is bad?
While it is difficult to reschedule, I understand that things happen! That is why all sessions booked are granted one chance to reschedule. After the second cancellation, a $75 fee will be charged to book an additional date.
This does not apply to weather related instances. We will try to brave the storm, literally, but if weather is looking really bad the day of your session I will get in touch with you about next steps!
How many photos will I get?
No matter the session, I will never limit the amount of photos you receive. Whether it's a mini session or a full session, if it's a good shot, you're getting it! The amount varies with each gallery I send, but on average you could expect anywhere from 30-80 images. Sometimes more!
For weddings it's usually about 200-400 images, but it ultimately depends on how long the day is and what is going on. Every wedding day is so different!
